ICB Recruitment is owned and operated by Ingrid Fawcett who with 10 years working in hospitality recruitment, has gained a real insight into the bar and restaurant market in London and the South East.

ICB Recruitment differs from other recruitment companies as rather than represent a number of different companies, they work solely for Corney & Barrow focusing on recruiting managers from Trainee Manager through to General Manager for this exciting and vibrant city wine bar company. Working as part of the team with Corney & Barrow ICB Recruitment are able to provide an external view of the recruitment market and bring a different perspective to the process.

You will be expected to do your own research and visit the bars. Advice will be provided wherever possible throughout the recruitment process.

What is the process?

The first interview will be with Ingrid either by phone or in person at one of the Corney & Barrow wine bars. This will give the candidate the opportunity to get a feel for the business. Following a successful interview the next step is to meet a member of the senior management team with feedback given within two working days.
